The original SaaS website needed a rebrand to help market its services to health providers and end users. This application provides your medical lab results sent to the user as soon as they are available. These lab results can be viewed and explained anywhere, anyplace and on any device.
Using creative questionnaires, competitive audits, moodboards and user personas I captured the vision for this rebrand. By removing the confusing interface design and clutter my rebrand now has sensible navigation, clear readable typesetting and colors that give the user feelings of trust, dependability and calmness. This website redesign makes it easy for the user to find the answers they need while providing plenty of CTA’s. Re-designed with the right strategy, content, clarity and consistency of visual elements, this rebrand meant its goal of attracting our ideal customer, establishing credibility and converting visitors into users.
